For your information, AWSV are generally serve our corporate guests and VIPs, due to the vacancy, we would love to share this joy and fun with you. We also hope you would understand that our villas are located within residential area, so there might be some ground rules you need to follow.

Terms of Payment:	LUXURY Villa Unit No.7-1 for 12 pax 50% deposit upon confirmation (RM694.00) Balance payment upon check in (RM694.00) Bank details: United Overseas Bank (UOB) Account name : Asian Water Sports Village Sdn Bhd Account No. : 333-3-002678-1 Kindly please bank in the deposit to us within this 3 days to confirm your booking. Check-in / Check-out	Check-in is at 3:00pm and check out is at 12:00 noon. If you require late check-out, 50% of the applicable rate per room will be charged up to 6:00pm, 100% will apply if rooms are required after 6:00pm. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability
Cancellation or Postponement:	25% of the entire package booked will be charged if cancellation or postponement made in writing for less than 30 days prior to arrival date No refund will be made if cancellation or postponement made in writing for less than 7 days prior to arrival date
Refund	No refund will be made in whole or in part of unused days, unconsumed food or unused services during event. Confirmed guest who do not show up will be charge in full and no refund will be made for whatsoever reasons
Damage	You, the organizer, are assumed responsible for any and all damages caused during the event by any of your guests or any other persons attending.
Security Deposit	RM600 RM600.00 security deposit will be required during check in and will be return back during check out.
Note	· No pets allowed. · You will share the motorised and non-motorised water sports facilities and duration; and SPA Garden (Jacuzzi, Fish Spa and Infrared Sauna) with others who also have the 2 days 1 night program; however you do not share the BBQ pit. · You will share the kitchen facilities with other tenants. · Any kind of Villa decoration for any kind of celebration (e.g. Birthday Party, Christmas Party etc) are prohibited unless you have the approval from AWSV. · Organizing any kind of games/competition (e.g. soccer) are prohibited.

-RM600 会是check in 抵押（就是可以拿回的，asia sport village 担心我们破坏公物而已,check out可以拿回）
多余的200多块会财政[嘉慧]会先付，所以不用担心^^

所以，您所bank in的2百块是已经是nett了的，而且大多数都会有多余的钱在当天原本归还，由于人数还有可能增加的原因导致我们无法算个清楚，不过没关系，到时候我们会有算账section^^可以一同看购物收据以及住宿收据等等^^

1）为什么要book2个unit呢？大家挤在一间房子就行了不是？
经过询问以后，住是没有问题的，因为一个unit可以加到15pax，只是其余的4pax没得玩水上游戏。。所以我们决定book2个unit，人人都可以玩得尽兴呀，反正在我们早前定下来的budget之内（RM100-RM200/pax）不是，2年1度，开心开心=)

2) 为何不book basic package（RM1188 = 18pax）叻？省很多。。。。
立贤去过了，虽说设备还算齐全，只是luxury的的确不同凡响，您们看看这里就会爱上luxury了 http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1682672 ，再加上已经fully booked。。嘻。。开心舒服就好不是XD
